In the course of its activities in the field of information technology, the Company, as the rights holder, uses a computer program with the following characteristics:
Name: Artificial Intelligence-Powered Corporate Knowledge Base Information Search System - "SmartSearch"

• Field of application: Corporate information systems, support services.
• Purpose: Automation and optimization of processes related to searching for documents and textual information in data sources, as well as analysis of unstructured texts in natural language.
• Main functions:
• User authorization within the system;
• Connection to open (local) or proprietary Russian-language Large Language Models (LLM);
• Creation of digital assistants with various prompts, tools, and auxiliary knowledge sets;
• Connection of connectors to various data sources (files, websites, services: Confluence, Notion, etc.);
• Indexing of unstructured data from internal and external sources;
• Formation of a knowledge base (knowledge map) based on connected data sources;
• Semantic search for information within the knowledge base;
• Information search in a dialog mode with a chatbot.

The Company provides services for granting remote access to the «DUC SmartSearch» software and its functionality based on a user agreement.

The company provides information technology services falling under the List of Information Technology Activities approved by Order No. 449 of the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of Russia dated May 11, 2023, "On Approval of the List of Activities in the Field of Information Technology":

• Design and (or) survey and (or) development and (or) adaptation and (or) modification (including localization, customization, refinement) and (or) reverse engineering and (or) modernization and (or) updating and (or) installation and (or) integration and (or) setup and (or) configuration and (or) implementation and (or) maintenance and (or) testing and (or) trials and (or) technical support and (or) operation, including administration, as well as the provision of services (including consulting, training services, expert services and others) in the specified types of activities (hereinafter referred to as design and (or) other activities, as well as the provision of services), in relation to programs for electronic computers (hereinafter referred to as computer programs), and (or) databases (including their updates and corrections), and (or) visual user interfaces.

• Design and (or) other activities, as well as the provision of services in relation to websites or website pages in the information and telecommunications network, including the information and telecommunications network "Internet".

• Design and (or) other activities, as well as the provision of services in relation to information and telecommunications infrastructure - computer systems that combine computer equipment, computer programs, and (or) databases, and (or) communication technologies (data transmission technologies) (hereinafter referred to as IT infrastructure), data processing centers and cloud (virtual) infrastructure, situation centers, as well as activities related to the management of computer systems and computer equipment.

• Implementation of computer programs, databases (including their updates and changes), information security tools, including through the alienation of rights, granting rights (licensing), providing remote access via information and telecommunications networks, including the Internet, providing remote computing power that emulates physical equipment, copying, wholesale and retail sale of copies of computer programs, databases, publishing collections of computer programs and databases, providing copies of computer programs, databases for leasing, rent (hire).

• Activities related to the creation of databases and information resources (including the development of concepts, structure, and composition of databases), the formation and maintenance of databases (including the collection of data from one or more sources, as well as the input, verification, and updating of data), database administration (including ensuring the possibility of access to the database in direct or telecommunication access mode), data retrieval, their selection, and sorting according to requests, and the provision of selected data to users.

• Activities related to the creation, training and support of neural networks, as well as the provision of services (performance of work) for the automatic recognition of various types of images, video streams, and (or) texts, and (or) speech, or other sounds, as well as their verification and transformation.

• Provision of services to ensure and improve the level of information security and protection of information from computer attacks and other threats in the field of information security, including services for security assessment, penetration testing, design and implementation of security tools, analysis and monitoring of the state of information security, modernization of infrastructure in order to increase the level of security, monitoring of the information security of information technology tools and systems, detection, prevention and elimination of the consequences of computer attacks and response to computer incidents, activities to protect information and ensure the security of critical information infrastructure facilities.
